Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs, or extreme weather.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

International Shipping

We ship to UK and Ireland.
International customers (Ireland) are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to their order. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for shipments lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages or guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
